On Jan. 25, 2013, MAGUS Group Coaching launched The Leadership Minute, a blog Holly describes as "leadership in 200 words or less."  To date, Holly has authored three blogs, archived here. 

The Leadership Minute is currently featured on the Official Blog of the Institute for Transformation Leadership at Georgetown University and the Blog of the Metro DC Chapter of ASTD.

 Holly Williams, MAGUS founder and Georgetown faculty member, at the official launch of the Institute for Transformational Leadership.

On December 12, 2012, Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies announced the official launch of the Institute for Transformational Leadership (ITL), an international center for "inquiry, research, and education about the nature and requirements of leadership in the 21st century."

The announcement was the highlight of the annual Leadership Coaching Alumni Conference, held December 12-13, at the Maritime Institute in Linthicum, MD. The conference, entitled "Crossing the Threshold: The New Context for Coaching," also featured speakers, seminars, and programs on emerging leadership topics.

Georgetown began offering leadership courses in 2000, and its leadership program was certified by the ICF in 2003. With the launch of the ITL, the university will be able to emphasize innovation, research, and creation of new models for leadership education and best practices, as well as offer advanced courses and seminars.

Holly was one of more than 900 coaches from 56 countries who gathered in London UK for the 2012 International Coach Federation Global Conference. She was impressed with the conference's diversity and its message: to inspire a group of globally connected coaches. "I learned so much at London's ICF Coaching Conference!"
