Leadership challenges are not run of the mill, so why should leadership development be limited to either training or one-on-one Executive Coaching?
MAGUS Group Coaching programs combine the accountability and development over time of coaching with the added benefit of coaching leaders in a group.
MAGUS Group Coaching Methodology
How Coaching Works and How Leaders Develop
Self-discovery happens using traditional assessments and feedback. Leaders in MAGUS programs become responsible for discovering what is important to their leadership development. Leaders not only participate in traditional feedback and assessments, but they also participate in the self-discovery process which involves reading, homework, and reflection.
MAGUS Group Coaching leaders connect learning and information from different sources, and they also connect with each other and the lead coach in order to develop as leaders.
Experimenting is prerequisite to change. MAGUS Group Coaching programs offer abundant opportunities to experiment.
Coaching programs take place over time allowing leaders a chance to evolve at their own pace.
